HEY, I'M HALEY
I'm the personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach behind Onyx Athletic Performance. I help women get strong and confident without spending hours in the gym.
With over a decade of experience, my background in Athletic Training has allowed me to help hundreds of local women reduce pain, recover from injuries, and get in shape. I specialize in strength training for women who want to build a strong foundation, improve their health, and move with confidence. My coaching is tailored for those who are new to fitness or have felt intimidated in a traditional gym before.
When I'm not coaching, I enjoy Back to the Future marathons, getting strong AF, playing the electric guitar, and spending time with my husband and two daughters. I look forward to helping you start your journey!

WOMEN SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Are you ready to take on our brand new, and revamped Small Group Strength Training designed for women in Mesa, Arizona who want to tone up and dramatically transform their health and fitness?


This is not a boring cardio plan, restrictive diet, or “quick fix” program.
Our gym is a judgement-free space where we focus on strength training for women to help you tone up and dramatically transform your health and fitness.
This is a carefully crafted program that has been tried and tested on hundreds of local women and moms over the last 10 years!
In our Women's Small Group Personal Training Sessions, you'll:
✔ Know how to get a toned, strong, head-turning physique
✔ Create new and long-lasting habits regarding exercise
✔ Learn which foods help you to have more energy, feel fuller for longer, and be less bloated with our personalized nutrition coaching
✔ Achieve noticeable results where close family and friends will ask how you did it
✔ Feel much more confident and radiant as that healthy glow starts to come back

We only take a limited number of women in our Women's Small Group Strength Training Program so I am only looking for women who:
Are 100% committed to making this change
Are prepared to invest their time & energy in the program.
Are willing to step outside their comfort zone, take action and start finally making a change
If you're interested, schedule a time below to meet with Haley so we can see if you're a good fit for the program and we will create a customized Fitness Success Roadmap especially for you showing you EXACTLY how you will meet your goals.
You don't need to be an elite athlete or have any experience in the gym to join our program!
Our small group sessions are perfect for beginners and those who have felt nervous in other gyms before. We specialize in helping women with pre-existing injuries or those who need a supportive, safe space to learn. All abilities are welcome, and we serve clients from Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert.
